Use this section to discuss content that is featured or promoted in the app, but isn't part of the initial download and isn't generated by users.
Examples of this type of content are movies in the Netflix app, product listings in the Amazon Shopping app, songs in the Spotify app, or news articles in the New York Times app. If content can be downloaded and cached for later use, that should still be disclosed in this section.
Questions in this section are policy-based to reflect the fact that this content is dynamic in nature. For example, Hulu may not know the content of their future catalog, but it can predict that it won't feature pornography. Similarly, the Guardian may not know what stories it will write in the future, but it does have editorial policies in place and can use those policies to determine how to fill out these questions.
Please note that content users import into the app themselves would not be considered featured or promoted. For example, if you are submitting a music player you do not have to consider the .mp3s that a user may already have downloaded on their device.
Here are some examples of different types of products and how content from each of them should be described.
