Check how much money you have in Google Pay- Go to wallet.google.com.
- Click Payment Methods.
- Click Money in Google Pay or Google Pay balance.
- Go to wallet.google.com.
- Click Money in Google Pay or Google Pay balance.
- At the top right, click Statements.
- You'll be redirected to payments.google.com.
- Select the statement that you want to download.
- To find more statements, click Last three months and choose the time period from the menu.
- Tap Download.
Common questions about balances in Google Pay
Why do I get Google Pay or Google Pay balance emails?If you have a Google Pay balance, you get notification emails on your Google Pay balance activity. To help you check and recognize the transactions you’ve made with your Google Pay balance, we send notification emails.
When money is sent or received with Google Pay, most Google Pay balance notifications are automatically created.
How often you receive emails depends on how often you use Google Pay. If you rarely use Google Pay, you get these emails once every month or every 3 months.
Why do I get emails even if I don’t have a balance?
If you have a debit card or bank account information saved to your Google Account you can use Google Pay to make transactions, and might receive emails.

Why did I get the email ‘Your annual notice about our customer service and error resolution policy’ ?
This is an annual email we send to users who have a form of payment linked to their Google account. We send this in case you want to learn about or report any unauthorized activity in your Google Pay account. No action is required from you unless you want to report unauthorized activity. If you think a purchase was made fraudulently, you can dispute the transaction here.
If you had a debit card or bank account information saved to your Google Account at any point this year, you were eligible to send money to friends or family in the Google Pay app. If you still have the payment method attached to your account, you should be able to see it at wallet.google.com under Payment methods.
