You can no longer create or modify responsive ads (not to be confused with "Responsive Search Ads") in Google Ads Editor.
You can use Google Ads Editor to create and edit responsive ads, which automatically adjust their size, appearance, and format to fit just about any available ad space.
Note: Square images are required for responsive ads.
Instructions
- Select Ads and then Responsive ads from the type list.
- Click Add responsive ad and select the ad groups where you want the new responsive ads to appear.
- Enter ad text and URLs in the edit panel.
- To edit existing responsive ads, select the ads you want to change from the data view and update the information in the edit panel.
