In most cases, this change will not have any affect. You can still <a href="http://www.google.com/support/enterprise/go/support_info">submit new cases using the same methods</a> that you have in the past. For the observant, here are the changes that you will notice. All emails related to cases come from a new address, esupport@google.com. The email subject contains a string of text called "ref". that tells our case tracking system how to process your incoming email. Do not modify this string when responding to cases.
