Google Maps API Premier Acceptable Use Policy

Use of the Services is subject to acceptable this use policy ("AUP").

If not defined here, capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable contract ("Agreement") between customer, reseller or other authorized user ("You") and Google.

You agree not to, and not to allow third parties or Your End Users, to use the Services or Content:

• to threaten, violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
• for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
• to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
• to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
• to alter, disable, reverse-engineer, interfere with, circumvent, copy, translate, or create a derivative work of, any aspect of the Services (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit this restriction);
• to use the Services, or a component of the Services, in a manner not authorized by Google;
• to pre-fetch, retrieve, cache, index, or store any Content, or portion of the Services with the exception being you may store limited amounts of Content solely to improve the performance of the Customer Implementation, and only if you do so temporarily, securely, and in a manner that does not permit use of the Content outside of the Service;
• to remove, modify, or obscure any Brand Features, links, or notices appearing in the Services or the Content;
• to violate the Maps APIs Documentation or violate Google's Software Principles (available at http://www.google.com/intl/en/corporate/software_principles.html or such successor URL as Google may provide);
• to loan, sell, lease or use for timesharing or service bureau purposes the Services or any component of the Services; or
• to use or display Tele Atlas' US Address Points obtained from the Services on a base map comprised of map data or content provided by International Publishers NV, NavNGo Kft., NAVTEQ Corporation, OpenStreetMap Foundation, or Zenrin Co., Ltd.; provided, however, You may use Tele Atlas' US Address Points in connection with "Send to" features of the Customer Implementation (such as "Send to Car" and "Send to Device,") in which Google search results, including US Address Points, are sent to third party devices that may use map data or content of the entities listed above.

Your failure to comply with the AUP may result in suspension or termination, or both, of the Services pursuant to the Agreement.
