Support Site Access for MID Series Mini AppliancesSupport site accounts are generated for MID series appliances as soon as our support team receives confirmation that your Mini has shipped. A welcome email is sent to the support contact who was listed on the order, generally within 24 hours of shipment. This message contains your support site login name (which is generally NOT the email address itself), as well as instructions to obtain the account password. In case you are unable to locate this email, there are two ways to obtain your login credentials. The password assistance page will reset your password and send a password reminder email to the contact who is currently registered. If you do not know your support site login name, or in case of other difficulties in accessing the support site, you may contact our team by email to enterprise-operations@google.com. To expedite handling of your request, please do not include additional issues in your message.
