When you sync engine changes into a DoubleClick Search account, DoubleClick Search will review the destination URLs on the engine and import the landing page and static parameters. DoubleClick Search will also recognize the dynamic URL parameters listed below and place them at the end of the clickserver URL on the engine. In other words, you don’t need to do anything; DoubleClick Search will ensure that dynamic parameters are preserved after sync.
If you already have dynamic parameters appended to the end of your clickserver URLs, they will stay intact after the sync and continue to work as normal.
