Change the status of an engine account

An engine account can have a status of Active or Deleted in DoubleClick Search:

  • You may want to delete an engine account when you no longer manage it. Deleting a DoubleClick Search engine account means that we no longer perform trafficking and sync on that account. DoubleClick Search will stop reporting on engine data, and the account will be removed from the default view. You can select the Show Deleted check box to display deleted accounts in DoubleClick Search.
  • If you resume a deleted account, it will reappear in the default view as Active. DoubleClick Search reports will not show engine data for the period when it was deleted.

Follow these steps to delete or resume an engine account:

You must be an agency manager to have access to change the status of an engine account. Learn more about agency managers and other user types in DoubleClick Search.
