To get your DoubleClick Search (DS) issues resolved, click the Help link in the upper righthand corner of the UI. Review the suggested articles in the pop-up.
If those articles don't help solve your issue, click the Contact Us link in the pop-up. This link:

Routes your issue to support staff faster than email or phone calls.
Usually means that your issue will get resolved in half the normal time.
Simply click the link, describe the issue or error message you see, and click Send. A ticket is automatically filed, just like sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within minutes, the ticket will have an assigned support member who can start immediately on your issue (during normal business hours). The ticket provides the support team with browser information, operating system information, a screenshot, a URL, your contact information, and your comments.
