- Go to the Google Drive menu on your computer.
- Select Preferences...
- Check the box next to "Send crash reports to Google."
- Click Apply changes.
Follow the same steps to disable crash reporting.
When you're installing Google Drive for your PC, select the option to "Send crash reports to Google." It's not possible to change this setting after the install process.
Usage statistics contain aggregated information such as preferences, button clicks, and memory usage. Crash reports contain system information at the time of the error or crash. Crash reports may contain file or folder names, depending on what was happening at the time of the error or crash.
