Sync Microsoft Office files with Google Cloud Connect

Sync files with Google Cloud Connect

Unsupported features

There are some features in Microsoft Office that Google Cloud Connect does not support.

When a doc includes unsupported features, it will still sync up to Google Docs correctly, and if you download this file from Google Docs, you’ll see the file as it was saved from Microsoft Office. However, other people who have the doc open in Google Cloud Connect may not see these features sync down correctly to their local copy of the document. When this happens, those who are syncing down from Google Docs will get the option to replace their local copy with the version from Google Docs (after which they'll get the complete copy of the doc), or they'll be able to ignore all changes from Google Docs.
