Based on your spreadsheet's permissions settings, you can control whether others can update gadgets:
- Viewers will see changes made to gadgets as data is updated, but don't have control over how the gadget looks.
- Collaborators can add and remove gadgets, update the data that shows in a gadget, etc.
If you'd like to check or change someone's access level, just click the Share tab.
