I don't see storage for Google Drive and Google+ Photos

I don’t see my recent storage purchase reflected in Drive or G+ Photos

1. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account

People with multiple Google Accounts often forget which email address they used when purchasing a Google Drive storage plan.

2. Confirm that your purchase was successful

You'll receive an email confirmation from Google when your purchase is successful. Visiting google.com/settings/storage displays your most current storage plan settings. You can also visit Google Wallet to review your transactions.

3. Make sure your credit card wasn't declined

If your credit card was declined, you'll receive an email notification from Google requesting that you update your credit card information within 7 days, during which time your order will be considered 'pending.' If you successfully update your credit card information within 7 days of receiving the email notification, any pending orders will resume automatically. If, after 7 days, you haven't provided valid credit card information, your order will be canceled.

4. Wait 24 hours

It can take up to 24 hours to see storage reflected across your Google Account. Allow 24 hours to pass before moving on to Step 5.

5. Sign out and in to your Google Account

Try signing out, then back in. If you still don’t see the storage space you purchased, contact us.
