Other third-party ad servers
Our support team offers troubleshooting and automatic macro insertion for the ad servers above, but if your ad server isn't listed, that doesn't mean it won't work with Display & Video 360. For an ad server to work, it must:
- Support secure creatives
- Allow insertion of click tracking macros
- Allow insertion of cache busting macros
If your ad server supports these features, your ad tags should work with Display & Video 360. Try adding the tags to find out.
If your advertiser uses Campaign Manager 360 with Display & Video 360, creatives can be uploaded directly into Campaign Manager 360. Once creatives are trafficked in Campaign Manager 360, it takes a few hours to sync. Afterward, they'll be available in Display & Video 360.
Video ad servers
Display & Video 360 supports all video third-party ad servers that are VAST 2.0 compliant. However, please note that some inventory sources may not support all video ad servers.
