If AdSense ads aren't appearing as intended, you can easily verify whether AdSense is enabled for the ad unit.

In your DFP Small Business account, click the Inventory tab, then click Ad units on the left-hand panel.

Locate the appropriate ad unit. Make sure "Yes" appears under "Enabled for AdSense" for this ad unit.

If AdSense isn't enabled, click the ad unit.

Next to "AdSense settings", click Edit.

Select the AdSense checkbox.

Click Save.
