If your rich media creative doesn't display correctly on the creative preview page, open the creative in a new window by clicking Open in new window.
If your creative doesn't appear, you may need to confirm that there isn't a problem with the creative itself. To verify your creative, paste it into a new HTML document and view the page in your browser.
If you're still unable to view your creative, make sure you're using one of the browsers supported by DFP Small Business:
