To cause an ad to display in a new window, you must change the target window settings when defining the ad unit. By changing the target attribute to _blank, you're instructing the browser to open the target URL in a new, unnamed window.
To change the target window attribute:
Select an ad unit from the Inventory tab.
Click edit next to Target window, then select _blank from the drop-down.
Click Save.
