Google Site Search customers are provided with email support. In order to contact Google support staff, Google Site Search customers are required to log into the account which they used to purchase their Google Site Search license. The account you are attempting to access Site Search support from is not associated with a Google Site Search account. Please login with the Google account that corresponds to your Google Site Search engine in order to reach the GSS support team.
Free Custom Search Engine users
