To use the mobile app, your device must be have the Google account your administrator created for you. If your mobile device doesn’t already have this account, you’ll need to add it before you can use the mobile app.
Note: If your device is running Android 2.3, and your Google account doesn't include Gmail and Google Calendar, you'll need to add a free Gmail account to the device instead.
To add your Google account to your Android mobile device:
- On your device, touch Settings*.
- Touch Add Account*. You may need to touch Accounts & sync* first.
- Touch Google*.
- Touch Existing* to use your existing account.
- Follow the onscreen steps to enter information about the Google account your administrator created for you.
