You can view a detailed history of all actions that you (or another dispatcher) and a mobile worker took for a job, including when you added and assigned the job, when the mobile worker accepted and checked in to the job, and more. Learn more about the job history log

To view a job’s status history:

1. View your Jobs list.
2. Click anywhere in the job entry
   On the Job Details page appears, look under Job History.

To return to your jobs list, click Back to jobs above the job description.
