Get support for mobile broadband issues

If you're experiencing mobile broadband activation and connection issues, please call your mobile operator or visit their website listed below. Your carrier's retail stores most likely won't be able to provide support for Chromebooks.

  • Verizon Wireless (U.S.): Call customer support on 1-800-786-8419 To make sure that you reach the appropriate support team, press # on your phone and select option 2.
  • Sprint (U.S. Enterprise users only): Customer support website
  • Three (U.K.): Customer support website

Tip: You may also want to try using the Internet connection troubleshooter to quickly diagnose your issue.

Note: Mobile network access is currently only available for 3G-enabled Chromebooks and will not work on Wi-Fi only Chromebooks or Chromeboxes.
