Crash IDs are the easiest way for our engineers to identify and investigate a crash. These IDs are only generated if you've chosen to allow usage statistics to be sent to Google.
To find your crash ID, type chrome:crashes into the address bar (also called the omnibox). The page will display your most recent 50 crash IDs and a timestamp associated with the crash.
If no crash IDs are displayed and you've already allowed usage statistics to be sent to Google, see whether you can reproduce the crash, then locate the crash ID.
If you're unable to access the Settings where the usage statistics option is located, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling Google Chrome. After clicking the download button and reviewing the Terms of Service, you can choose to allow usage statistics to be sent.
