If you're a Google Apps for Business, Education, or Government customer, Google provides support for Google Chrome browser administration issues. Administration issues are those that involve configuring, deploying, or installing the Chrome browser in an enterprise setting.

More specifically, we support issues with these administration tools:

Group policy templates
Preference files
MSI installers

In addition, we provide support to Business, Education, and Government customers for interoperability issues between Google Chrome for Business and Google Apps Core Services.

If you have general issues using the Chrome browser, such as browser crashes or web page display issues, check the Help Center and Help forum for Google Chrome users. General user issues are currently not covered by any support or service level agreement.

Before you contact support, check the known enterprise issues to see if Google is already addressing your browser administration issue. If you find your issue, you can click the star in the left-hand column to be notified about changes.

If your browser administration issue is not being addressed or you have additional questions:

Are you a Google Apps for Business, Education, or Government customer?
If so, please contact support.
Otherwise, please file a new report.
