Profile Image Downloader gives signed-in users the option of using their Google Account image for their ChromeOS profile, or they can choose a different image from their local file system or camera. This article is intended for administrators and end users who want to learn about what data is collected by Profile Image Downloader and how it’s processed by Google.

Data processed by this service
Profile Image Downloader takes the image provided by the user for their profile image and applies the same image to the user's managed Google Account. No new data is processed or stored through this service because its purpose is to retrieve and export the profile image when the user agrees through authentication tokens.
