Don't see AIM in Gmail? Make sure your language is set to English (US) and that you're using the latest version of Gmail, currently available with a fully supported browser.
It's easy to change which AIM screen name you sign in with. If you're already signed in to AIM, here's how you switch to another account:
- Click the gear icon
in the upper right, then select Settings. - Select Chat.
- Click Sign into a different AIM account.
- Enter the new screen name and password.
- Click Sign in.
in the upper right, then select Settings.If you aren't signed in to AIM and want to change which screen name you use with in Gmail, follow these steps:
- Click the gear icon in the upper right, then select Settings.
- Select Chat.
- Click Change AIM Settings.
- Enter the new screen name and password.
- Click Add my AIM buddies.
Note that you can only be signed in with one AIM screen name at a time.
