The Options menu within a chat window in Gmail allows you to do a variety of things, such as block a contact and start a group chat. If the voice and video chat plug-in is installed, the name of this menu will change to Video & more in Gmail.
It is important to note that in iGoogle and orkut the Options menu is labeled as the Actions menu and the ability to start a voice, video, or group chat is available as stand alone icons.
In help articles, Options and Actions can generally be used interchangeably.
