I don’t see the Call Phone option in my Gmail account

If you are outside the US, and do not see the Call Phone option, it is probably because you’re in a country where the feature has not yet been made available. We are working on making this feature more widely available and we appreciate your patience.

Please read if the Call Phone feature was previously available to you: If you were able to purchase credit for Call Phone, and the feature has since been removed from your account, you can sign into Google Voice with your Gmail account info, and request a refund for your credit purchase. To request a refund, simply go to voice.google.com, click on the wrench icon and select Voice Settings. Then click the Billing tab, click Refunds next to your calling credit, and Select the option to Refund entire balance.
