When you click on a search result for a book from the Library Project you'll see basic information about the book (just like you'd see in a card catalog), and in some cases a few snippets - sentences of your search terms in context. If the book is out of copyright. we'll show you the full text of the book - that is, you can page through the book from start to finish. In all cases, you'll see "Buy this Book" links that lead directly to online bookstores where you can buy the book. There are currently no ads on books from the Library Project. Please take a look at the Google Books Screenshots page to see how books are displayed in Google Books.
