AdWords Editor is a free application that you can download to manage your Ad Exchange account. You can download your account as a CSV file, make changes, then upload your new or revised campaigns. If you have a large number of campaigns, AdWords Editor can save you time and help streamline your workflow.
Important: AdWords Editor does not allow you to create third-party ads; however, you can create campaigns and ad groups and then create your third-party ads in Ad Exchange.
