Why do I sometimes see ads that share the same Display URL?

We've found that diversity of ads on a page is important for a better user experience. How users perceive diversity can vary by the type of ad format delivered.

For ads with specific product images, our study has shown that showing diverse products, regardless of the seller of the product, provides a richer user experience than showing only one product by the seller. In cases like this, diverse products from one seller might show up on a single page.
