You can remove, deactivate or reactivate custom channels and URL channels.
Remove a channel
Removing a channel deletes it from performance reports.
- Visit the custom or URL channel page.
- Select the check box next to the channel you want to remove.
- Click the Actions drop-down and select Remove.
Deactivate a channel
When you deactivate a channel, our system stops collecting data on it, but it’s saved in performance reports. You can always activate it again if you want to begin collecting data on it.
- Visit the custom or URL channel page.
- Select the check box next to the channel you want to deactivate.
- Click the Actions drop-down and select Deactivate.
Activate a channel
When you activate a deactivated channel, our system begins collecting data on it again.
- Visit the custom or URL channel page.
- Select the Show: deactivated check box.
- Select the check box next to the channel you want to activate.
- Click the Actions drop-down and select Activate.
