Once you submit your application as a Business or Individual, you can't change your account type. If you need a different account type, you'll have to go through the process of closing your current account and opening a new account with your preferred account type.
You can't transfer your reports to a new account, but you can save any report data for your records by downloading your reports in comma separated values (CSV) format prior to canceling your account.
