Below is a list of current AdSense known issues and possible work-arounds. Please know we are working to resolve these issues and appreciate your patience.
PIN Postcards misprinted
Details:A small number of our PIN mailers were misprinted and may be illegible. Unfortunately, the printing company that creates and mails these postcards for us is located in northern New Jersey and was subject to postal/transportation delays as much of the New York metropolitan area was shut down due to Hurricane Sandy. The issue has been resolved, but PINs that were printed and shipped before November 3 may still arrive with issues in some locations. If your PIN card arrives illegible, you can request a new one in your AdSense account.
DFP channels and ad units not available in new interface
Details: For publishers using DFP Small Business & AdSense, the interface will no longer display reporting data for DFP channels and ad units as of March 1st, 2011. These earnings have been removed from the new AdSense interface because the corresponding reports were showing invalid statistics in various cases. More specifically, changes in DFP led to some impressions, clicks, and earnings not being included in AdSense channels & ad units reports. The statistics could also be inconsistent, such as ad impressions showing up but ad requests. We are working on ways to better integrate DFP ad unit and channel data into the new AdSense interface. To view the most accurate stats for your channels and ad units created in DFP, please go directly to the DFP account. Please note that DFP clicks, impressions, and earnings attributed to AdSense backfill are still all included in AdSense top-level reports. Also, DFP can still be used to generate AdSense backfill reports.
Coverage very low for link units
Details: If you are using link units, you may see a very low number for the coverage stat shown in the new interface. Coverage is the ratio of returned ad requests to all ad requests. For link units, we track matched ad requests based on the ads results page. This artificially lowers the coverage metric for publishers who are using link units significantly on their pages. We are looking into resolving this issue so that the coverage stat is more accurate for pubs using link units.
