How to sign in to AdSense after your email provider has changed domains

Your AdSense login (also referred to as your account email) is the email address that you use to sign in to your AdSense account. If your email service provider changes domains, then you might have a new email address that's different to your AdSense login. In this case, you can either:

  • Use your old email address to sign in to your AdSense account. (You won't be able to sign in with your new email address.) For example, let's say that you originally signed up for AdSense using a Hotmail email address and you're now using Outlook. To sign in to your AdSense account, you'd use your old Hotmail address.
  • Update the email address in your Google Account. For details on how to do this, see: Edit your basic account information.
Note that this is the same for all email service providers: if your provider changes your email address, you can either keep signing in with your old email or update your Google Account.

Checking your contact email

If you have received a new email address from your email service provider, then it's also worth checking that we've still got a valid contact email address for you. Your contact email is the address that we use to send you communications about your AdSense account. Find out how to customise your contact information.
