"Video optimization" report metrics deprecation
The "Video optimization" report metrics are deprecated. They were removed from the Ad Manager interface in July 2023, and will be removed from the external API in August 2024. See Video Solutions reports to learn about supported video reporting options. -
New consent requirements for traffic in Switzerland
From July 31, 2024, partners using Google advertising products will be required to obtain Swiss users’ consent to the use of cookies or other local storage where legally required, as well as the collection, sharing, and use of personal data for the personalization of ads. To comply with the updated EU User Consent Policy, partners using our publisher products will be required to use a Google-certified CMP that integrates with the TCF when serving ads to users in Switzerland, in addition to the EEA and the UK.
