Google Drive recommends Chrome and:

Automatically sync Drive for desktop
You can automatically sync Drive files on your computer with Drive files on the web.
After you install Drive for desktop, navigate through the Google Drive folder on your computer. Use your usual screen reader keystrokes. To jump to that file or folder:
- Enter the first letter of a file or folder name
- Cut and paste files between folders
