What's new in Google+ for Google Apps

28 March 2013:

Profile labels: In addition to appearing in autocomplete and hovercard profiles, labels that indicate a user's domain now also appear on the user's full profile. Learn more

Profile labels: Users in your domain can now more easily recognize other Google+ profiles within your domain and distinguish them from personal or other external profiles. Learn more

15 November 2012:

Google Apps for Education: Administrators can now enable the Google+ service for users who meet the age requirements. Learn how to control user access to Google Apps services.

New Google+ premium features (require activation):

  • Administrator control to correct a user's age: If a user accidentally enters the wrong age when signing up for Google+, administrators can now correct the age.

  • More participants in hangouts: Hangouts can now be started with up to 15 people instead of 10.

29 August 2012:

Restricted posts: Your Google Apps users can keep a Google+ post private to your organization. Users who receive a restricted post can't re-share it with people outside of your organization.

Hangouts in Google Calendar: Users can now schedule a Google+ hangout using Google Calendar. 

Company logo: If you’ve uploaded a custom logo for your organization's Google Apps account, it now appears in Google+.

Google+ Profiles list: You can see which users have created a Google+ Profile. From the list, you can click a link to quickly view any user's profile.
