Sign in to your Google Admin console to activate services, add users, configure features, and more. The sign-in process varies slightly according to your role and domain configuration. Follow the standard sign-in instructions unless you know your domain uses Single Sign-On (SSO). If you have problems signing in, use the Admin console troubleshooter.
Standard sign-in
To sign in to a domain without SSO:
- Point your browser to admin.google.com. The URL redirects you to the Google accounts sign-in page.
- Enter your administrator account email address (including username and domain) and password.
- Click Sign in. The Admin console appears.
SSO-enabled domains
Super administrators
To sign in to an SSO-enabled domain as a super administrator:
- Point your browser to admin.google.com. The URL redirects you to the Google accounts sign-in page.
- Enter your full administrator account email address (including username and domain) and password.
- Click Sign in. The Admin console appears.
Users who are not super administrators (such as delegated administrators)
To sign in to an SSO-enabled domain without a network mask or from outside of the network mask range:
- Point your browser to admin.google.com. The URL redirects you to the Google accounts sign-in page.
- Enter your Google email address. Do not enter your password.
- Click Sign in. Your SSO server sign-in page appears.
If you enter your password and click Sign in, the page removes your password and requires you to click Sign in again.
- Sign in to your SSO server with the username and password your SSO administrator provides. After you sign in, the SSO server directs you to the Admin console.
To sign in to an SSO-enabled domain from inside your domain's network mask IP range:
- Point your browser to admin.google.com. The URL redirects you to the Google accounts sign-in page.
- Enter your full administrator account email address (including username and domain) and password.
- Click Sign in. The Admin console appears.
Notes
- When users without administrator privileges try to sign in, the Admin console redirects them to the user hub. The user hub provides quick access to the Google Apps and services they have permission to use, but does not let them access administration features.
- When you point your browser to admin.google.com, the page redirects you to accounts.google.com. Other Google sign-in pages, such as www.google.com/a/domain.com and gmail.com, work the same way.
