Disable an App

To disable a Google Apps Marketplace app in the classic Admin console:

1. In Users > Services, click the app name to open the settings page.
2. Under App status, click the Disable link.

To disable a Google Apps Marketplace app in the new Admin console:

1. Click Marketplace Apps.
2. Select the checkbox next to the app you want to delete and click .

Disabling an app does not delete the application or its data. You can re-enable the app by clicking Enable.

Delete an App

To delete a Google Apps Marketplace app in the classic Admin console:

1. In Users > Services, click the app name to open the settings page.
2. Under Delete application, click the Delete link.

To delete a Google Apps Marketplace app in the new Admin console:

1. Click Marketplace Apps.
2. Click the app you want to delete.
3. Under Delete application, click the Delete link.

The app and any associated licenses are permanently removed from your domain. The application vendor will delete your data according to the vendor's data retention policy. You may need to repurchase the application if you want to reinstall it. See the vendor's website or terms of service for more information.
