In the Reports tab of the control panel, you can see at-a-glance how your users are accessing your account's control panel settings and the Google Apps services such as Google Docs, Google Calendar, iGoogle, and Google Sites.
The graphs, audit logs, and specialized reports help you understand and analyze the size and volume of your team’s collaboration, any unwanted security patterns, and how your users create, manipulate, and share content.
- Usage Graphs — Usage of each service is available in detailed graphs, tables, and CSV data files. The graphs of your account's usage can be narrowed to last week's activities or expanded to include those occurring during the previous six months.
- Audit Log — Shows how your account's administrators are managing key Google Apps services in the control panel, and the Google Apps Marketplace applications accessed by your users.
- Docs audit log — Allows administrators to examine views of and changes made to Google Docs within their organizations.
- Additional Reports — Download and run specialized reports on specific areas of your account such as disk space and quota limits.
