Not sure which billing system you are currently using? Follow the steps below to find out.
- Sign in to the Google Admin console.
- In the classic Admin console, select Domain Settings.
- If you see the Billing Information tab, you are an annual pre-pay customer.
- If you see the Subscriptions and Billing tab, you are a monthly post-pay customer. Click on the tab and expand the plus next to the Google Apps for Business subscription, which will tell you if you are on the Flexible Plan or the Annual Plan.
- If you see neither of these tabs, you are a resale customer. Please contact your reseller for information about billing.
In the new Admin console, click Billing.
- If you see Payment account: Offline under the name of your subscription, you are a monthly invoicing customer.
- If you don't see Payment account: Offline under the name of your subscription, you are a monthly post-pay customer. Click on the tab and expand the plus next to the Google Apps for Business subscription, which will tell you if you are on the Flexible Plan or the Annual Plan.
- If you don't see Billing, you are a resale customer. Please contact your reseller for information about billing.
