If you've been charged VAT by Google but qualify to self-assess VAT charges, please contact us with your business details and VAT ID, and we'll update your account.

We'll then notify you by email if you're eligible for a credit for VAT previously charged. If you are, please don't seek a refund from the Irish Revenue Commissioners via an Eight Directive reclaim. Google Ireland Ltd will deal with your refund, and the amount will be credited to your account.

It can take several weeks to process your credit. We appreciate your patience.
