  3. Click the link reading Cancel Google Apps for Business.
  4. On the following page, you may see additional information depending on which billing plan you selected and which version of the admin panel you are using.
    • Delete my domain - All your user accounts will be removed and all data for your domain will be deleted in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. It can take up to 24 hours to fully delete an account from our system (or 7 days if you purchased your account through a reseller). You may want to migrate all data from Google Apps before deleting your account.
    • Closeout charge - If you are on an annual plan, you are responsible for the value of the remainder of your annual plan. We will add the remaining value of your contract to your monthly bill to the end of the annual plan. A summary of the closeout cost calculation will appear below this item.
If you have an account balance, we'll automatically charge your primary form of payment within the next 31 days. Your final automatic charge includes costs that your account accrued before your cancellation that you haven't yet been billed for. Learn more about how your final charge works.

If you have funds remaining, please contact us to request a refund any time after you've cancelled your account. We'll arrange a refund with you based on your form of payment.
