Google Secure Data Connector (SDC) is an agent tool that can be used with Google Apps for Business and Education to connect gadgets, applications, and spreadsheets to data that is protected behind a corporate firewall.
To establish a connection the SDC agent must authenticate against the Google Apps domain. The non-admin user account secure-data-connector-user is a specially provisioned user exclusively for this purpose. The account is manageable only from the Admin console > Advanced Tools > Secure Data Connector Settings page.
