Google Drive has many advantages over Google Video for Business. Google Drive supports:

Migrated Google Video for Business video files will not count against the user's Google Drive storage quota, and all links to them will be automatically redirected to Google Drive.

Where will the moved files reside in Google Drive?The files will reside in a folder called Google Video for Business.
No, Google Drive is the only location these files will be transferred. It's important that file owners enable Google Drive before the transition.
If the entire domain has Google Drive disabled, we will notify the domain owner that they need to enable Google Drive to have their videos migrated. After some number of weeks, if the domain still has not enabled Google Drive, the videos will retired.
The default owner for a migrated video file is the person who originally uploaded the Google Video for Business file. If the original uploader is not an active Google Apps user with Google Drive enabled but one of the other owners of the video file is, that person is the owner of the migrated file.
In cases where none of the owners of the original video file have Google Drive enabled, the owner of the migrated video file is the domain administrator.
The moved files will have the same access permissions that they originally had in Google Video for Business. If the original user is no longer active and that user was part of a group, we will add owner rights to the group administrator. If the user was not part of a group, or if the group administrator is no longer active, we will add owner rights to the domain owner.
No, tags and view counts will not be carried over.
The URLs of embedded videos will not change, so they will continue to work properly after the migration.
We begin moving files to Google Drive after November 20. Once the transition begins for your domain, you will have a 3-week grace period to continue downloading files from Google Video.

When we launched Google Drive, we raised the storage quota from 2GB per user to 5GB, which accounts for the 3GB that were available for users in Google Video for Business. The migrated videos will not affect the storage quota.
We use the same measures that Google Docs has for years. Google Drive is neither intended nor optimized for sharing copyrighted music and videos. As part of our Terms of Service, people cannot upload or share files unless they have the legal rights to do so. We have limits in place to address infringing uses. We also have a DMCA process, and terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.
