Find your Google Workspace phone support PIN

Phone support is offered only to Google Workspace Premium Support customers and certain Google Workspace for Education editions such as Plus and Standard and is available in English only. 

To contact the Google Workspace phone support team, you need to provide your Google Workspace administrator PIN. Learn more about contacting Google Workspace support.

  1. Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.

    If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

  2. At the top right, click Help .
  3. At the bottom of the Help window, click Contact support.

    Requires having the Support administrator privilege.

  4. At the bottom of the Help Assistant panel, enter text to describe your issue and click Send 
  5. If a help article that relates to your issue is listed, click it to review.
  6. If you still need help, you can:
    • Click Search for something else to try a different search term.
    • Click Continue to support for further Support options.
  7. Review the suggestions that are provided by the Help Assistant. If the suggestions aren’t related to your issue, decline the help and prompt the assistant to the next question by clicking the relevant text suggestion.
  8. If your issue is still unresolved, click Phone to contact support.

    Use the number provided for your region to contact support. A PIN number is provided at the bottom of this section.

    The PIN is valid for 60 minutes, after which you can generate a new one, if needed.
